Burn?

My 1yr old panther has had this marking on his back left leg for a while. I am not sure if its a burn or a scar or something else. Ever since I noticed it it hasnt got any bigger or smaller its just been there. It hasnt affected his physical condition at all he can still move fine and eats and drinks fine. It dosent seem like much of a problem but i am still worried it will grow or become a bigger problem. Any thing will help thanks.

Cham skin turns "funny" color from any damage. Bruise, abrasion, etc, even from you grabbing them gently. I wouldnt worry unless its there in a few days. As brody said, if it was a burn, it will look puffy etc in a few days.

I would just keep an eye on it. It shows no signs of infection, and its not oozing yellow stuff like a problematic burn.

ok thanks he's out free-ranging right now everything is fine and hes just eaten. dosent look too problematic and I will keep an eye on it!

Just looks like those scales lost their pigment for whatever reason. If it were a burn the structure/shape of the scales would be damaged.
