Bumps Under Skin

My veiled chameleon is about 8 months I believe. I got him February 23rd from a pet store (yes I know, not the best idea). He is my first big lizard aside from my crested gecko. As far as I know he has no health issues. I am relatively new to reptiles in general, so excuse any misinformation or lack o information I have. I noticed yesterday morning that on both his left and right side there are two small bumps. I touched them and he did not react at all, they almost feel like something under his skin. Not hard but not exactly soft. Any idea what it may be and should I take him to a vet? I have a picture, excuse the blurry he was a little too excited to come out. The bump is on the lighter green portion of his side, right below the "spines".

Your picture is not every clear so I am not 100% sure I know exactly what you are talking about.

I don't know if you just could not see where exactly or if you needed a better picture in general.
