Bumps on Back and Tail

My Jackson chameleon has been developing these bumps on his back and tail. It’s been about for a month or two month now. They’re growing bigger and I’m getting worried. I’m not sure what it is. Can anybody help us out? Has anybody dealt with this or seen this before?

Hey there welcome to the forum. I agree exotics vet that has chameleon experience. Or at the very least knows reptiles.
