Bump that scares me

My cham is doing great! eating well active. until this morning i got worried. it looks to be a ( as humans get them on their eyes) a cist on his eye. it kinda scares me. His eye is open active no behavior change just this bump on his eye lid. im trying to get a picture but diezel is so cranky i cant get anything good. HELP

I can't see from that picture where it is. Can anyone else? Beautiful veiled though.

heres another picture its getting bigger... it on the left part of the eye it has a wrinkle there
