Bump on nose veiled chameleon HELP!!

Hi, I have two veiled chameleons - one male and one female. They both have gotten bumps on their noses and it looks like it is spreading to their eye. One of them is still acting normal - walking around, looking around and eating. The other one however won't open her eye and sits still. I read that giving them a bath with pedalyte and putting neosporn on it will help? Any ideas?

We need to see pics to help more.

It could be an abcesses or cyst, in which case, you need to see a vet to have it drained and be given proper antibiotics to treat it,

Welcome to the forum!
Oftentimes, when a chameleon gets an infection in its sinuses it will first show as a bump on the nose.
As the infection spreads, it starts affecting other things like eyes, bones and the blood.
Topical medication and home treatments aren't going to fix it, unfortunately.
Infections can actually eat away the bones, so they'll need medication to recover, rather than die.
Your best bet to get them to a vet who has plenty of knowledge about reptiles, without delay, especially since one of your chams is already acting ill.
ARAV vets have a special interest in reptile medicine.
