Bump on head

That bump is right over the sinuses and especially in veiled chameleons for some reason you can see bumps appear over them when there is an infection of the sinuses because of swelling and pus formation, possibly secondary to an upper respiratory infection. Pus in reptiles is very thick and not liquid like in mammals, so while antibiotics are usually started for the infection that caused it, they won't get rid of the pus in the sinuses causing the swelling. Usually the sinus needs to be opened with minor surgery and all that stuff scooped out. So it's time to find a good reptile vet in your area.

Could this have been caused by too much humidity I just hooked up a humidifier a little over a week ago

I don't think anyone can tell you for sure why these things happen, and what caused them. I had a veiled who had a similar thing and I know for sure he was bitten inside his mouth by a locust which ended up as an abscess which needed vet treatment. If you are worried about your husbandry, you could fill in the how to ask for help form and we can look at how she is kept. The form is also a good tool to take to your vet. That way you have all the answers in front of you. 
There are many aspects of husbandry that can predispose an animal to becoming ill - chronic dehydration, chronic stress from inappropriate housing, inadequate drainage, moist substrate allowing bacteria and mold to grow, poor nutrition etc. Unfortunately, with exotic pets health problems are most often traced back to husbandry deficits rather than accidents. Since I agree with ferret on everything that she wrote and it is likely an abscess, it is very unlikely that it arose in just one week's time. Typically something like this would have been going for a few weeks to a few months before you would see a lump like that.
