Bulging panther eyes

my panthers eyes are swollen he looks like he has bags under his eyes...I was told he is:
1dehydrated
2overdosed on vits
any help please..
I only just got him from a breeder (4/1/14) and he has only eaten once(3 super worms) he will not eat crickets

Post a few pics if you could. Bags and bulging are not a sign of dehydration. Sunken eyes are.

Could be that he's going to shed. I always used to think my cham had some kind of infection because his eyes would become wrinkly and baggy like what your picture shows. Instead, I've decided that its actually a precursor to a shed.

Definitely does not look dehydrated. The bottom of his eye looks kinda whitish. It is possible like the other member said, that he is doing to shed his eye turret.
