Hello everyone!

My terrarium has 30x30x45 cm

Good Night :)

Well, your basking bulb will really depend on what the temperature of your house and overall cage is. For instance, I live in Florida and my house is usually kept at 74 degrees or so. I don't need a real strong bulb to get the basking temp I desire. 60 watts usually works for me. Now if your ambient temp in your house is much colder, than you are going to need a stronger bulb. You just have to play around with the wattages.

But infrareds works? i dont need basking spot bulb ou other type?...my house is arround 20 Cº...not too cold

You will need a bulb that produces UVB in addition to your heat source. The infrared bulb will provide heat, but won't provide the correct type of UVB radiation. If your cham doesn't need to bask very much to warm up that's OK, but it will need exposure to UVB for about 12 hours daily. The brighter light from this bulb may attract your cham to bask longer. If it gets too hot (I assume you would have your infrared bulb and the UVB bulb on the top of the cage) you can move the infrared farther away or turn the heat off for part of the day with a timer.
