Bug Burger Dust

I was lazy on Friday and just poured some Bug Burger powder on top of the gutload veggies and it seems the crix have been chowing it down. Is there any benefit to heating it apart from solidifying it? Is the water some kind of catalyst for bringing out other ingredients?

Thanks!

From what I've read alot of people do this aswell. I think making it a jelly is just to do away with vegetables and a source of water but I believe it can be better to dust on some veggies instead and makes it last longer

yea, that's exactly what I'm thinking. They get the water through the other veggies and fluker's cube anyway. Too smelly and a big hassle to make it into cubes if it doesn't have any added benefit.

The water in it provides them with hydration so I dont need to worry about water gels and such. Along with some fruit and veggies, they get plenty of water.
Repashy makes stuff called Superload. It's a powder that you sprinkle over their food to provide extra nutrition
