bubble?

This morning as I was feeding my chameleon, I noticed that he had a bubble in his mouth. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not. It looked just like he blew a bubble with saliva. So if anybody knows anything about that I'd love to know asap!!Sorry if this is actually not a problem haha.

sounds like a problem and a vet visit may be in order. sounds like a uri any popping sounds, stringy saliva. mucus etc?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - young male panther(unsure of locale and age)
Handling - 5-10 minutes per day
Feeding - small and medium size crickets dusted with calcium daily( no specific amount)
Supplements - not sure of brand for calcium but just regular calcium
Watering - I use a little dripper and a spray bottle both of which have reptisafe water conditioner in them. I have seen him drink before but haven't noticed it recently
History - just got him about a week ago from local pet store

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 16x16x30 screen cage
Lighting - not sure of brands but 100 watt heat bulb and 5.0uvb bulb. On all day like 9am-10pm
Temperature - I have no gauges right now
Humidity -
Plants - live but possibly dying cronos plant
Placement - I have a fan nearby but not facing his direction and the top of the cage is about 4-5 ft from floor
Location - Va beach, VA

Current Problem - he had a like spit bubble in his mouth this morning. And he has been licking dry surfaces

You will need to get calcium with D3 and a multivitamin to supplement with twice a month each. Do get temperature and humidity gauges. Be sure not to mist right before lights out. You will see him use branches and stuff to wipe mucus off his mouth. I'm pretty positive he has a respiratory infection and will need to be seen by a vet that specializes in reptiles.

Please pm me. If he is one of mine, I want to know. So, I can go to the store and see what is going on. He is about the same size, but does look a little different than my guys. If he came from PP or AJ, he could be. AJ has them labeled as only Panther as you described. However, I believe, they sold out of mine. Just curious. There is one good vet down there at the beach if you decide to go.
