you can't they dont eat anymore but I think they can drink

I thought they only drank nectar in there fly stage
there fat reserves from the pupae stage can keep them alive for two weeks

What Martine said. Adults don’t even have mouths.
Yep, I have not seen anything that suggests gutloading them. Just feed them off. You don't even need to supplement them.

Dusting with bee pollen never hurt.

I watched the BSF’s drink water off the sides of my enclosure after misting. I was told they don’t have stomachs, but apparently they do drink, and leave an ugly yellow spot on the glass where they were drinking. As larvae they eat any decaying matter, that includes meat and vegetation.
