They look a bit like scratch marks. Could be wrong.
How long have you had him? Has he been housed with another Cham or been in contact with one?

Nope neither. He was in his outside cage, with me at the time and got stuck between some branches. I ran inside to get scissors to cut him out but by the time I came back he had wedged himself out.

I guess I will put some neosporn on it
