bruise on arms or color?

sup guys. just wondering what this purple-ish yellow is? its located on both front arms and every time i tap it a little bit he hisses at me. ill try to get pics tomorrow when he wakes up. anyone have this problem with their chameleon? if so, please tell me what the heck it is :/ its been like almost a month since he had it

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 18x18x36 all screened
Lighting - i use zoo meds thingy for the uvb and i use reptiglow
Temperature - around 80 degrees
Humidity - usually around 60-70%
Plants - forgot what the plant is called. i think its like ficus something?
Placement - near my bed
Location - Vegas

both arms have this..is it in the same spot on both arms?

looks its hard to tell with him shedding this area. can you post pics after the shed?
 
Kind of looks like a burn to me. Was this on his arm before he started shedding?

one of my panthers has this too, but worse. I posted here and no one knew what it was..i also emailed some pics to my vet and he thought it didn't look like a burn but possibly some kind of local irritation..he didn't know what to do about it; told me just to keep up good husbandry..it has subsided a bit, over the course of a month, but still there..other than that he's eating, drinking and looks healthy.
