Brookesia on display!

If you’re in the area, be sure to check out the Atlanta botanical gardens starting November to see a wonderful Pygmy chameleon on display, a captive bred brookesia stumpffi, produced by yours truly 🙂

These are uncommon in captivity as CBB but as awareness of them grows they have a better chance to become established. Small chameleons are amazing to keep and are something I’m quite passionate about. It’s exciting to think of the general public appreciating these remarkable creatures.

How can you tell if it's a male or female?
Mature adult males will have a noticeable hemipenal bulge - at least in the most commonly available species like thieli, stumpffi, superciliaris, and therezieni. I've heard species like ebenaui might be a little trickier to sex. If you have pictures of animals that you would like to get sexed, create a new thread and tag me and javadi

Do you need pics of the underside? One of the stumpffi's i own is in my profile picture.
