Bromelaids

Over the years, I have seen bromeliads in a handful of cham enclosures. I know they are popular with dart frog terrariums and such. Are bromeliads safe for chameleons?

Note: I am in the process are rebuilding a entertainment center into an enclosure. Would love to have a couple broms in it

I know people use them in pygmy vivs and some bigger chameleon cages so I would definently use them, just remember, no soil.
