My hopes are crashing, but this month I'm going to try pairing up Gandalf and Rusti.

Were the eggs fertile? I would crack open the one that is too far gone and look for embryo or veins. JMHO
If yes, get some anti-fungal power for the others that can be saved (I know a product that works).

Snake Discovery uses anti fungal powder to treat/save their eggs when they start growing mold. It seems to work well, at least for their snake eggs.

Sapphire is a import from around two years ago so the fertility of the eggs was questionable from the start.
