I made my own styrofoam cooler customized to fit the tub I had. I cut a hole in the top and hot glued screen in place. I put a 6x11 piece of flexwatt on the bottom without any t stat so it's on full power. I put wheat flour in the bottom. Put 3 cardboard egg crates in it with lots of cotton balls pulled apart between them. One small plastic lid with water crystals in it. Fish food flakes in the corner. I put in 25 adult firebrat and then just kept the water crystals wet and food on the bottom. 4 months later I have thousands!!!! Easy with minimal maintenance. I take terrible pictures but you can get the idea!!!

They are very fast and must be fed from a feeder cup. The baby's love them and even the big guys will eat them but it would take about 50 for an adult panther!!! VERY EASY IF YOU GIVE THEM TIME.

Very cool thanks for posting! I gotta try these. I always thought from the pics in my books that they were super tiny (like pinhead size) so I never tried them.

Anyone have any nutritional analysis information for these?
