Branches too small?

Hey guys.

I'm wondering about my chameleon's enclosure. He has one plant but I think the branches might be too small. He also has two large, artificial branches. He fell down to the ground today.

He is 5 months old now. He's a kind of furcifer from Madagascar. Please see the attached image and tell me what you think.

Your cham would really appreciate another plant in that enclosure - right now it's looking a little sparse. I like cane trees, but I'm not sure where you are located, so I don't know if you can get them. I like to also use a lot of the artificial vines of different sizes and set them up as highways around the enclosure. Best of luck with him - he's a cutie. If you post a close-up of him I'm sure someone on here can figure out his locale. :D

Isn't that one of the non-dwarf species of schefflera, if so, I believe they are not considered Cham safe.

Thanks guys :) appreciate it. I'll get right to buying a new plant, and lots more artificial branches to spread around as highways ;-) he is indeed a cutie, only 5 months old yet but growing well and testing his colours these days!!!
