Quick question how long should I bake my branches and at what temp

If they're fresh branches there's really no reason to bake them. Just make sure there's no sap on them.

Some are not fresh they are old with no bark I was going to bake then sand them a bit

Use fresh cut branches and leave the bark on. No need to bake either. If you want piece of mind use a 10:1 water to bleach solution. Rinse and install.
