panthers are not like veileds so it's hard to tell. I'd take him to someone who really knows. where did you get it and what did they say it was. maybe call ed and liddy over at kammerflage kreations (www.chameleonsonly.com) maybe they could tell you.

Its not hard to sex panthers at any age. I can sex them right out of the egg. I already sexed this one too for someone else. Its a female.

Males have a bump at base of their tale underneath, the bump is above the vent so don't get those two mixed up

There is a thread on here that I am too lazy to find that has good info on sexing them. I think Kent67 started it. Its called "how to sex baby panthers" I think.
For me it was easy to tell the sex after the first clutch I hatched out. You compare each of them and get a much better idea in person than in pics. I look for the hemipenal bulge which is very small but noticeable from birth. Females have what looks to be a "v" shape starting from the vent underneath the tail and going out a little. Again, it would be easier to get an idea what I am talking about if you can see a few yourself. Some females, like this one, will actually have a thicker tail base and the v isnt so noticeable but you can still tell the sex. Its just a matter of practice

it's hard to tell from that angle, see if you can get a side view with the tail lifted up.

Kammerflage kreations sold him as a male he was the alpha. I just want to know how to tell myself I trust ed and liddy 100% it would just be nice to know how to tell myself. I can tell with veileds I amazed the guy at the let store who could hardly tell.
