Bottom of cage?

I have a female veiled and I came home to find bet at the bottom of the cage. Once I saw he she scrambled back up to hide. I don't think she is egg bearing. Also she has been very off since I've had her. Dark dark colors and is always shaking and falling around. Any ideas?
