Made this guy last year, and am hoping to make a bottle-cap chameleon at some point... Once I figure out how to make it not look busy!

That must have taken a long time to find all thoughs bottle caps but I like it

Thank you both! And my parents/extended family saved them up for me for a course of about 2 years... 2 years of Irish/German families drinking at weddings/family events, you end up with this!

i say if you want it to look not as busy try using the same bottle caps.. and maybe caps that are a solid color or close to not multi colored. just my 2 cents

I agree with you here, I was thinking of maybe even painting the bottle caps? It would still be a cool effect. Chameleons, however, have a lot more angles to them than turtles... Could pose challenging but nothing is fun without a little challenge!
