I hope so too, I hope they hatch quick- I'll sometime put the cup on top of the cage when the lights are on - to keep it at a nice warm temp all day - I'm not sure of the best hatch temps I don't let it get too hot -
If get your oustie to eat the flies you can gutload the flies really well with bee pollen and dried honey. Just mash to two up as fine as you can and let the flies eat it for a day. You'll know they are eating it because you'll see fly spit on the sides of the container and their bellies will be puffed. It's really important to supply some water via a wet paper towel or piece of sponge if using a dry gutload.
