Blue Bottle Larvae received....Now what?? Help!

Okay - so I got a baggie from mantidpets today from FedEx of the Blue Bottle Flies, they look like oval rabbit poop, Lol! Problem - didn't come with instructions..... Inexperienced person here. No clue what to do now. I looked up instructions, and they are tons so I don't know who is correct?

Would someone mind telling me what to do with this stinky little things so Chevy has some flies soon

I use a small plastic see through container with lids that have air holes or screening and a soda top - I put a piece of paper towel in the bottom about 10 for each chameleon and some fly food in the soda top -
I usually just sit it on top of the cage by the light - I usually wait a couple of days before I throw in some water crystals -If they hatch before I get it in if I have to many I'll stick them in the freezer before attempting it.
I usually do up about 3 batches keeping the other two in a cooler spot till the first one hatches and the left overs in the outside fridge with my husbands bait-
The paper towel just keeps them easier to clean out - I have also cut a hole in the side of some and used a piece of tape over the hole so that they hatch in the cage and fly toward the lights after they have a snack- works well if the container can't get wet inside-
