Blue bottle fly gutloading

I was wondering if anyone knows what is best to feed blue bottle flies so they'll be as nutritious as possible for my chams. I have a lobster roach colony, but there are very few adults left, so I got some blue bottle fly pupae to feed flies to my chams while I give the roach colony time to recover. Plus, they seem to really love those flies.

I use the BB/housefly food from mantisplace. I think they might give some recipes there if you want to make your own, but it also has to be pulverized to a fine powder for the flies to be able to eat it.

Most people just use powdered milk and sugar as gutload.
I personally mix up one egg yoke, 3 teaspoons of honey, 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt for calcium, and enough crushed chereos or other adult cereal to make it not so wet.

This mix lasts about a week in the fridge.
Once flys have hatched, I take the container of flys and put them in the fridge for 4 or 5 mins to stop them from flying.
When I take them out I give the flys a few mins to eat before feeding them off.

I use this as well and it's great stuff.
