Blue bar or Red bar?

Hi guys, here is Arnie who is 4.5 months old. his bars are sometimes blue and then sometimes red. So how do I know which type I have?

Very interesting question. I have something similar, where my Cham's tail is all red bar, but his body's bars are blue in the center, and red on the top and bottom parts. This could be that it's just a part of their colors coming in over time, interesting to see what others will say.
