i think that mean she needs to lay a clutch of eggs u need to research on the site how to make a proper laying container for her, and if it turns out she does not, which I'm no expert but have kept female veileds and deductive reasoning would tell me that those color look more gravid than not, that she prolly needs to lay a clutch of infertile eggs.

like i said i could be wrong and if i am, your reasearch will pay off for you when it is time

and also you can buy a nice male from me lol

Beautiful!!!!

No, she is not gravid in this photo.
She is 100% receptive!
Let me add that she is also beautiful.
Has she become restless lately?
Is she a veirgin?
If she is, then expect her to start laying soon.
It coule be very possible in the near future or maybe longer then a month.
Just be prepared and get an egglaying container in her cage.
Veiled females will lay without be mated.

She is a very nice looking female and she looks receptive. Get her in with a male :D No sense having her lay an infertile clutch of eggs when they could be fertile ;)

thankyou very much for ur help guys:D it has helped me alot:D and thanks for the nice comments on phoebe:D well since a few of u have said she looks receptive i am going to put my male in with her today, i did hold him up to the front of her cage yesterday and she stayed the same colour so thats a good sign id say:D shes always had an egg layin tub in her cage, it was a mix of soil and sand , but im gona get her a new one with just sand , i will do some research on a proper egg laying site , thankyou for ur help guys and ill keep u updated:D

justin carl she is a virgin, i wouldnt say shes become restless, she moves around as she normally does really.

I think your meant to put the female to the male , as if you put him with her she will know where to hide , i have always put female in with the male , good luck

ahhhhh good thinkin rob m8, ive already put him in her cage tho, theyve mated 3 times , im keepin my eye on her to see if she goes dark colour, if she does then ill get the male out . cheers, for ur help tho rob.

well i wud say ive had a successfull day mating:D phoebe and emilio mated 4 times, then just chilled around the cage, emilio then went towards phoebe , she turned black and hissed at him, ive never moved so fast in my life lol, im still shaking now, i cudnt get either of them out of the cage and emilio was still tryin to chase phoebe to mate with her, i have now seperated them, ive had to put phoebe in emilios cage as i cudnt get him out the randy git! lol

Congrats! You said that you have a tub of half soil and half sand and thats fine! I used only sand when my female laid and she had sand in her eyes a few days after. A half and half sand/soil mix will be your best bet and probably the safest. Thats what i use now. Sounds like you've done your homework with the mating process! Good luck and keep us posted

thanks nico:D ahhhh i didnt think of her gettin sand in her eyes, thanks for lettin me kno , i was just gona do sand but now ill mix it up a little, yer ive done a little bit of readin up, and this forum is great for help and advice too :D will deffo keep ya updated, watch this space......lol
