Bloody Nose :(

I noticed today that Xerxes (my blue bar ambiloe male) seemed to have rubbed the tip of his rostrum raw. This morning I noticed it looked sort of whitish, but not a normal white for him there. Then a little bit ago I went to check on him and I noticed a few tiny areas within the white area that had a little blood. Is there anything I should do? I am worried it will get worse.

Can you take a picture of it? Is it just from rubbing it raw or can you see what is causeing this? I would try to put some neosporin/triple anti-biotic on it!

Sorry it has haven me so long to reply. I went to take a picture the other day and it was gone, couldn't even see a scab. Maybe my eyes were fooling me?
