Blood and strange poop

A friend of mine got her first Cham about 2 weeks ago. He is a very happy and has adapted well. On Friday this was his poop (pictured below) and today found a drop of blood in cage I haven't experienced this with my Cham I told her to call the vet in the morning but thought I would ask if any of you have seen this before

It could be parasites. You should go to a vet and get a fecal done.
