Bloated stomach?

What have you been feeding him? Is he still eating? Can you post a pic of your enclosure?

Forgot to post this! And yes, he's still eating.
Your Chameleon - Male Veiled chameleon, had since August of 2018. Unsure of age.
Feeding - Crickets, Super Worms, roaches, Wax Worms, horn worms, silk worms. I gut load with Mango, Turnips, Kale, Carrots, Dandelion, Sweat Potato
Supplements - Bee pollen, Repticalcium without D3, Repashy calcium plus LoD (twice a month.)
Watering - I am monitoring him closely, and want to keep track of how much he’s drinking. So I’m syringing him water several times a day (dropping water onto his mouth and letting him drink). He has a mister, though. Right now it is not going off.
Fecal Description - He's been tested for parasites and it came back negative.
History - Purchased from PetSmart.
Cage Type - Exoterra, x-large screen enclosure.
Lighting - 75w basking bulb , Arcadia D3 12% UVB T5 Bulb
Humidity - Around 30-50 durning the day. I run his Reptifogger on high at night.

The only things jumping out at me is no multivitamin twice a month, although the LoD does have some in it. The other is the one lonely little fake plant. Is it possible he could have eaten a leaf from it? When was the last time you saw that he poo’ed? Constipation can be serious. Impaction can be life threatening. All I can offer is to hydrate him well with hornworms, silkworms and other soft and juicy bugs. Hoping a keeper with more experience than I can advise. @kinyonga @Beman @jamest0o0

Only things in husbandry I see that are potential issues are the repashy in the way it is being used with the calcium no d3. I would switch the repashy out for reptivite with D3 two times a month. This is a more balanced multivitamin to use for the 2 times rather then the repashy loD which is designed to be used as more of an every feeding. Which I would not use it that way because we have been seeing a link between edema and the LoD.
Also the UVB bulb. Are you using a single, dual, or quad fixture? 12% is a high output bulb and if it is in a single bulb fixture then basking should be 12 inches below it to get a 3 UVI level.
