Bloated belly - bowel impaction?

I have a 9 month old Male Veiled with a very swollen belly, especially just before his vent. Could this be a bowel impaction or could he just be constipated or is this normal. He is also up near his heat lamp, and has flattened and turned toward the light. COuld his flattening be forcing his belly to bulge or could it be somethig else. PLEASE HELP!

It would help if you had a picture it couldn't just be his hemipenal bulge could it?

Do you have a substrate in his cage?

What is the basking temp.?

Does he get UVB light that doesn't pass through glass or plastic?
