black spots, please help!

my female verrucosus has two black spots on her knee and back, I am clueless as to what they are from, if somebody would be so kind as to telling me what they are and how to get rid of them, that would be greatly appreciated

correct me if im wrong but ive seen them before on my chams as well... i think they might be small scabs if im right? and they heal a bit eventually with shedding?
