B bwade447 New Member May 11, 2021 #1 Hello, my year old panther chameleon has developed these black spots on his neck/chin. They appear to be on the surface, almost as if I could pick them off. It's sort of grown/developed overtime. It's not a common part of his coloration. It does sort of remind me of a scab though....or like a mold....
