Black soldier flies in Hawai’i?

Hi everyone
I was wonder if bsfl are legal in Hawai’i. I have learned that they provide enough nutrition for a Cham and most chams find them tasty so if they are legal I will definitely feed those to my Cham once I get one. I have found one resource that wasn’t very helpful but I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I know that don’t have mouths so you would think they would be legal in Hawai’i but I am still not sure. Thanks to anyone who responds
