Black/grey Scraps on skin

Hi,
I just noticed something on my veiled chameleon. He has black things (look like some kind of scraps of something) all over his body. They are on his face, body, legs, inner thighs, and tail. He shedded about 2 weeks ago. I wonder if its dead skin or something more serious?
