That's so wonderful! We are having a similar battle w Kevin NAND hoping for good results! Any special advice for us? What have you been feeding bishop?

just be patient and clean the poo asap. Feeding is a tricky one. He wouldn't eat anything apart from mini calci worms or hatching crickets which I had to cupfeed. Now he started hunting. He likes small silk worms and small locust. Just find what's his fav food and make sure he has it.. unless it's mealworms you know. And usual stuff, don't leave crix in for the night. I would destroy the remaining oness cause they would have spent quite a long time in the enclosure and might have been contaminated.
Also make sure he is well hydrated. If he is really frail, try some reptoboost maybe. What does your vet say?
It can be very frustrating, I was in tears a few times cause he wouldn't eat or gain weight for 2 months. But it is treatable! Good luck with Kevin! PM me if needed

That is great news !!! Glad the little one is getting better !! :p Pat yourself on the back.. because my hand can't reach you !!! hehe

Excellent news, you are winning some battles against the parasites. Pat on the back for sure. Just a note of caution - there was a member very recently whose cham had the same two parasites, started showing improvement and still surprisingly died. It sounds like you are being very thorough though so keep up the good work for until you get a couple of clear fecal samples tested.

Great! 6gr is a lot of weight gain for a cham that doesnt weigh much in the first place :D
I wonder what the human equivalent would be, and if it would qualify one as a 'porker'!!?? :D

David, shush! I take it you are talking about gabecastro? I actually cried when his cham died. I was following his threads as they were of great interest to me (as you can imagine). Every morning I go to Bishop's cage dreading that I'll find him dead, but the wee bugger is strong! He eats now, which makes me endlessly happy, and has big nice poops every day=) Still 2 weeks till I send another fecal. Keeping my fingers crossed.

hehe he is mighty 16g now! Champion:D 2 more - and he'd double his weight

Are you putting miracle grow in his water?:)
hmm never thought of it! Where do I buy some?;) Or I can inject his silkies with steroids before feeding

Yes, I was. It was especially terrible because he made so much effort and had done so well. I along with many others thought little Jasper had got over it, only for the worst to happen. I mentioned it just so we didn't tempt fate on this one.......
