i like this stuff, but really don't know much about it. is it rubber? my cham loves it, maybe a little too much. i noticed him gnawing on it. could it be harmful? he always tries to drink off of the vine but its rubbery texture doesn't really allow it to stay wet all that long. anyone else see behavior like that with their chams?

I have seen panthers do that from time to time. I think it is something they grow out of doing because I hardly ever see my adults do it but young ones do it all the time. Maybe it is just their way of learning about their environment...?

I have seen them do it to wooden branches as well

They also touch the branches with their tongue as they walk around.
