bigger habitat

I am going to get a larger habitat for my little girl so that I can have a laying bin soon. Should I keep the laying bin in the habitat always? Should I worry that she will eat the top soil? Do I need to have a feeding cup or will she still be able to hunt like she prefers? Also, will having a plant in the laying bin be beneficial?

Wow isn't this a loaded question I guess it just all depends on which forum member you ask. Myself I would leave it in there, but I also like a substreight. I would cover it with large rocks until you know she is gravid just to be safe, and I think anytime you introduce a live plant it's a bonus. Hope this is of help:)

Just want to make sure I have a good bin set up because the eggbound thing makes me a little paranoid, I don't want to lose my baby.I have a pretty good idea about everything except how to care for the laying bin, I saved the video of how to make one and have a cart setup with stuff for the bigger cage, except for live plants.
