Bigger Enclosure?

Hello, we have a approx 7 month old panther cham. He's in a 18x 18 x 24 enclosure right now and we knew we would need to get something bigger soon. My question is, about when are they usually ready? He seems to be wanting to be out climbing on us, so I figure it might be time.
