Big thanks to Todd @ LYR

I just want to send a big thanks to Todd and LYR, I had ordered my dual T5 from him almost +1 yrs ago and I love the product. However I had accidentally pulled and seperated the wire from the connecter piece for the light bulb. At this point had no idea what I was going to do, so I decided to email Todd and see what he could do for me, he offered to send me out new piece with additional wires to connect it back together FREE of charge (including shipping to canada).

On top of that after mentioning I had purchased just over a year ago he had the courtesy to ask me if that meant I was in the need of some new bulbs since it would be about time for it to be replaced. Although I did not need any because I purchased 5 with my fixture I thought it was great customer service!!

I met Todd at the Manchester, NH show in late March. He is a real decent guy and extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.

I would recommend him to anyone!

I know it is not as exciting as looking at a cage build.. but we are working on setting up the "studio set" for the LYR youtube channel to specialize in education folks about UV and reptile lighting.
