Best ways to feed my 3-6 month old veiled chameleon?

Hello! I recently switched my female veiled chameleon from eating mealworms to crickets, she seems to want to go to the bottom to hunt them but it stresses her out. I had been seeing recommendations for insect feeders but there’s several different types of them, I was wondering the best one!

I personally use the Thrive Climber Feeding Dish, it's nice because the actual food dish can be easily taken out to clean/fill with bugs.

I also place a plastic cup inside the feeder insert; so only the lucky few crickets get to climb up the mesh part, before being noticed and immediately eaten. 😁

I've heard of people using a similar product:

Many also use the shooting gallery:

If you're crafty some make DIY feeders

I use and like the shooting gallery (link already provided above) and it has been simple enough to make my own version of one. The hardest part was dulling the edges of the opening so my chams won’t injure their feet if they grab it (and they do grab it). There are several similar style feeders all over Etsy and I think Fram’s Chams sells one too. In a pinch, you could just poke a few small holes in the bottom of a tall deli cup (for any water to drain) and zip tie that to a branch or vine. Or, cut a hole in the middle of the side, hot glue a piece of plastic canvas on the inside wall, pop the lid on, poke same drain holes in the bottom and hang on a branch.
