I have a homemade screen cage thats been sitting in my garage for a long time. What's the best was to sanitize screen cages?

Scrub the cage down with a 1:10 bleach:hot water solution, rinse until you can't smell the bleach, and let it dry thoroughly. If the screen is badly rusted you probably should replace it.
