Places near me don't have Schefflera's, but at the moment I need around a 3-4 foot high plant that's safe, and easily climbable on for a small Senegal.

Hibiscus works great and is sold at almost exactly 4ft at most Home Depot's

No they are better hung like mine from the top of the cage or placed on a stand

Like I threw out there Hibiscus is a great stand up tree... and has a lot of top branches with a strong enough trunk plus you can get Hibiscus that have a braided trunk

I need it for my outdoor enclosure, how big around do they get? With the branches.

Honestly depends... They FLOURISH outside and their leaves and flowers are actually edible... On to your question the can get as big as you want. I trimmed my branches down and they grow back so really there is no limit

Ficus work great and are cheaP and can be found everywhere for cheap. Hibiscus would be cool for outdoors too. I'm actually going to get one for my outdoor cage

You can prune them If you can't find One skinny enough

Hibiscus or Ficus are your best bet. They can be trimmed the size you need. Lowes has a good variety of sizes.

I need an answer soon on the palms. It's the only reasonably sized one I found, but I don't know if it will be okay. All the other suggested were five inches tall.

Its not on the safe plant list therefore to me personally I would not use it

My cham never eats the plants, is it okay then or is it releasing some harmful chemical?
