best light to illuminate cage?

I'm sure I can do a search but will receive all uv light posts. I'm looking for the best non-uv cfl/flood to illuminate the middle of the cage/lights for plants. I have a reptisun 5.0 and 6500k tubes up top but doesn't light the bottom portion of cage and my schflerra seems to be dying.. my pothos hanging from top is growing though. 4 foot tall cage.

please do a search and use different wordings, or just brows through the last few pages of threads, there has been tons of posts about lighting lately
