Best feeders?

My chameleon is becoming fat because I have
Been feeding him mealworms and waxworms
Cause I want to give him a variety but I found
Out that those were fattening but I still want to
Give him a variety so what are some healthy
Feeders?

blue bottle flies (cultured, not wild caught)
Indian walking sticks ( phasmids)
Terrestrial Isopods (captive culture)
Locust
