Roaches (dubia specifically) then silkworms, then supers or hornworms. Just my opinion. I always have crickets, dubia, and supers though.
Roaches dont smell, chirp, jump, bite, or smell, and they breed like crazy when you give them food and heat. Silkies are soft, cute, good for hydration, and can be semi gutloaded with things other than mulberry leaves/chow, but they die if they aren't kept clean or are too moist. Hornworms are more hardy than silkies, super hydrating, good for them, but they grow super big super fast (which can be both good and bad.) Supers can be easily gutloaded, come in different sizes, have less chitin than crickets, better meat:shell ratio than mealies, are easy to house, dont really smell, dont jump or make noise, but they can be addicting to the chameleons and they can bite (though it doesn't hurt.)
