Best beginners enclosure

I’m just starting out and ordered the reptibreeze xl but it came damaged so I sent it back now it’s on back order. I was wondering which enclosure is best I am torn between the led reptibreeze or the exo terra large extra tall

They are both equally good the only difference is that obviously one has led lights and it will make it easier for you to see inside of the enclosure

I would put a vote in for the Dragon Strand 2x2x4. The built in drainage tray, excellent parts and construction, the mist king mount, in addition the ledges make installing plants and branching so simple
I can’t recommend it more highly. It’s my first chameleon cage, and I have no complaints or regrets

Ouch! "Best" is subjective—at best.
Best designed & features? Best quality? Best price? Best bang for the buck? Best mass-produced?
Best rated? (Whatever that means)....

Everyone will have their favorites & recommendations.

You can do a search—best chameleon cages—but those kinds of lists are hardly inclusive, and again, what does "best" mean?

Some will say if you want what you want, build it yourself. A lot of people do, and there are many sites and Youtube videos showing various ways of doing that.

Dragon Strand makes some very fine cages, as does DIY Cages. Both are sponsors of this site.
CustomCages is another maker of very fine cages. FLChams is another. There are probably more I'm not aware of.

All that said, You Get What You Pay For, and Caveat Emptor.

I would get the best you can afford. Dragon Strand is my top choice. Bill Strand is a member of this site and goes out of his way to help and answer any questions you might have. Just my 2 cents
