bee pollen?

hi,
any of the experienced keepers using bee pollen in their gutloads?
i was doin some google between working today and stumbled on
some gutloads that used it. they seemed to be older dates,
so i wanted to see if it was a fad or if it stuck?

I read the same and I think Sandra's blog/recipe includes it.

I got some too and use it in my gutload. It's apparently very nutritious

Yes I use it and the insects love it.

I use it and dried honey powder. Im sure lots of species are eating bees and other insects that pollinate in the wild. Possibly a lot more than one may think. Ive used both for some time now.

Some other things you can use are spirulina and wheat grass powder. These have good nutrients in them. I dont gutload with them but Ill dust the insects with them especially things like flies that dont really gutload well.
