Bee pollen and spirulina

Hello. I was wondering for those who dust their feeders with bee pollen or spirulina; how often do you dust them to be eaten? I’ve heard once a month I’ve also heard every other day. I’m curious as to hear what someone here advises. Thanks

It depends on the species. I believe you have a Jackson’s, right? If so, @JacksJill is the one to ask

I do my panther every other day unless I'm giving a multivitamin. I also gutload my feeders with the mixture too
