bearded dragons

I recently aquired a beardie due to some one no longer wanting it and refusing to care for it. Does anyone have a good care sheet or know where I can find one. I'm also trying to get an enclosure set up asap, do I just use sand? Carpet? Does it need hides? Basking temps? Cage temps? ANY help would be greatly appreciated

It is about 4 inches snout to vent, I have a 20 gallon tank would that be suitable?

well i went and got him a 10.0 uvb, temp humidity gage, sand, a piece of driftwood for basking and a hide, water dish. cage temp is about 85 and basking is around 100.
